Our Service

We offer a service to help you identify what will improve your mental wellbeing; we also offer mental health information, advice, signposting and a 'hands on' mental health service.

This includes an initial meeting, where you will be offered a choice of options for a period of 3 months. A range of activities are available: peer led social groups, art, cookery and discussion groups. We also offer 1:1 appointments to draw up an individualised support plan to enable you to set yourself some achievable goals and start working towards them. We can support you to do this in a variety of ways including identified support needed in the community. We can help you access other specialist services such as clinical counselling, advice on specific benefits, personal care and organic disorders such as dementia.

Some activities are based in the cafe area where you can also enjoy use of the fabulous 'Good Food Corner' cafe facilities.

For those of you eligible for social care funding an enhanced support package will be offered.
